Hi, there do not appear to be any image links on that page. Without links for users to click on, there’s nothing to indicate what should be displayed in the lightbox.
Here is WordPress’ official documentation on inserting image links into posts and pages. If you are still experiencing a problem after adding links to the post, let me know and I would be glad to reopen this ticket and take another look.
Thanks.

Ok, I see. Sorry, I misunderstood how the plugin works. I thought it was going to automatically apply links to the media file to all pics on blog posts. I tried manually applying one and it works as intended.
I know this is outside of your remit, but perhaps someone has had the same issue before: I have a blog with loads of posts and loads of pics on each. None of them have links. Is there a way to apply a link to the media files in bulk? Maybe a bit of sql? I googled but didn’t spot anything useful.
Automatically adding links may be possible for images stored in your site’s media library, but unlikely for remote images, since there would be no reliable way to determine the correct filename for the full-size image that should be displayed in the lightbox when the thumbnail image in the post is clicked.
That said, I do not know of a specific plugin that adds links around images in existing posts, but there are a lot of plugins, so it could be out there.
