No Labels/Badges in Mega menu?

    Hi,
    I have been looking for Menus and trying on my website, someone suggested me mega menu and i was quite satisfied with all the features, took me 20 mins to obtain the desired look, then i went to add labels and there is no feature available, i need to know if there isn’t any or am I missing something?
    Or if there;s any work around to add them, Let me know
