Back to the reviews. How plugin authors are supposed to deal with the one line review about nothing? What we can conclude from that fact that a single installation between thousands allegedly produced a 500 server internal error on the latest update? How can this improve other people’s experience? What idea does this give plugin authors about what to fix? What and how is supposed to be improved or resolved by that?

The plugin exists for years, it has thousands active installation, on its support forum one can see a fresh activity including few posts after the latest update, latest update was 5 days ago, since that about 10 000 downloads occurred, so writing such a review does one really assume that all those downloaders of the latest version saw 500 error and just remained silent?

We are grateful to EVERYone who wrote a positive review or described an issue in a meaningful manner on the support forum, it is very motivating for us, we read all reviews and feel absolutely happy when you appreciate our work.
