Could you try going to the plugin’s Settings page, getting a new Access Token and then pasting it into the Access Token field to let me know whether that fixes the problem?

I wonder if it’s an issue with exceeding the Instagram API request limit. Do you know roughly how many page views your site gets per day?
It sounds like that’s likely the issue as Instagram’s API only allows 5000 requests per hour per Access Token. I’m planning to add caching into a future update which will dramatically decrease the number of requests and fix this issue. For now, if you’re getting that many hits then the plugin isn’t going to be able to keep up until caching has been added. I’m very sorry about that! I’ll hopefully be able to add caching within the next few weeks.

user id not private . i tested same user id on your site and it works !
