No erase – no save

Hello. I have a problem, my site works good (bit sloe the first page), but i have problems since yesterday saving and erasing post and pages.. it is not possible, when i click on save or erase, nothing happe, comes a blank page……………

I just change the ubication of the “index.php”, with it, i have now my blog as my “main website”… what could happen?
