No emails being sent from plugin

Hi,

My site is not sending emails to users when a booking is made, I’m currently in test mode with my stripe gateway. I’ve looked through the documentation and can’t find the email setting that are mentioned within the plugin as the UI looks completely different to the screenshots. Can somebody advise please?

UPDATE: I have now installed and configured ‘Post SMTP’ plugin on my site and it has the Post SMTP plugin has successfully sent a test email.

I’m still not getting any emails back from my test bookings and payments. Please could somebody advise ASAP as I need to launch this site in a couple of days.

I’ve just gone into my test event bookings page and clicked ‘resend email’, I then get an banner across the top of the page which says ‘Error – Email not sent’
