    Ever since the newest update ( which fixed the multiple email bug )

    No emails are being sent from JS tickets.
    I have had 2 customers test our site by creating new tickets and have not seen a single email, However I have tested this with other plugins i am using on my site and those send out emails instantly.

    emails eventually went through but were delayed because of ticket via email that i had just enabled.

    this feature has some major bugs that I would be happy to report on to get it out of beta.

    first thing I encountered today was when enabling ticket via email JS tickets for somereason email blasted my staff ( and probably my customers ) about any and all ticket replies, closed tickets, marked overdue, reassigned, ETC. and then proceeded to re open all my tickets and post my email response form into a reply for each ticket.

    50 emails in about 5 minutes

    I ended up fixing this myself. was a combination of our mail server forwarding and the TSR admin emails and staff email settings.
