Try and name the UAM usergroups identically to the user-roles you are using for the UAM-groups.
I have several WP sites that use your module and I am having problems with users who say they subscribed to the feed but never get updates. So I am asking the following questions:
1. If a person subscribes ONCE and never or fails to respond how do I re-subscribe them?
2. Is there a file of known subscribers someplace? I have looked for “Updated” files after a subscriber subscribes for a update date but have found none.
3. Is there a way to show “Pending” subscribers? This would be very helpful to all who use your mod…

Hello
My config : WP 4.0
UAM Version 1.2.5.0
New post notification Version 1.0.8
UAM config is OK with groups of users
During the last year the notication system works well. Posts have been notified
Since 2 days no new posts are notified
Il have check the post function, it works –
Can’I reinstall the plugin without changing the post config of my 500 users ?
Is there another action to do or to check ?
Thanks for an answer
Guy
Hi,
post-config of users are not changed by re-installing.
Kilozwo– Can you please respond to the above question I posted also? I am turning over several sites that I support that have this issue and would like to resolve this issue.

Persons can set their settings for every post category in their profile.
2. Is there a file of known subscribers someplace? I have looked for “Updated” files after a subscriber subscribes for a update date but have found none.
No it isn’t, but you can search directly in the database via phpmyadmin or go to …/wp-admin/users.php
3. Is there a way to show “Pending” subscribers? This would be very helpful to all who use your mod…
Subscribers are not pending. See Answer 1.
I hope this helps…
