No comments

    I upgraded and converted my previous wp-style into a Theme. I followed the upgrade directions ans simply copied the Default pages into myTheme1 folder on the server.

    Now, however, I get no comment input form when I click “0 Comments”, and even thos with comments from prior to upgrade do not appear.

    Check to have this line in the index.php of your theme in this form:
    <?php comments_template(); // Get wp-comments.php template ?>
    In earlier versions it was different…

    i checked that. still no luck. looking at the post pasge source i don’t see anythign related to comments … hmmm

    if i change themes (defualt) they appear OK

    i had an old comments.php page in my theme folder.
    new one took care of the issue.

    simply place the comments.php from the default theme into ur own theme directory….
    also check for <?php comments_template();?> as already mentioned above, that should get ur comments going.
