in order to “kickstart” it
I have applied Preset Extreme, but the result is same. The node is not working.

please check in dashboard , is there any queue in UCSS/CCSS/VPI ?
Yes after manually push this is the result i can see error on Quick,cloud.

that indicates you have some CSS syntax error that makes generator unable to proceed , you will need to fix the error first.

search that CSS code in your site files , can also use https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ to verify.
