• The past two days I have logged into our WordPress site that we use at work, I can log in and our page to the public shows just fine. But when I click on the dashboard or any other admin feature all I get is a white page.

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Ok well I can not see any pages or folders in my wp admin content to I’m not sure how I am supposed to re-name anything, and I have contacted my web host but I don’t quite understand how this is a problem with them and not WordPress.

Please try reading my post above. None of the suggestions made require you to login to your WordPress dashboard.
