Nishita Theme: Adding a wordpress.com theme to wordpress.org

I’m trying to install the http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/nishita/ theme for my wordress blog on my site. I clicked the link near the bottom to install self-hosted WordPress.org:

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/nishita

It’s the older theme that is not the one coded and updated by wordpress.

How can get the updated theme so I can install in my blog?
