Nextpage with DropDown Menu

    I’m curious as to if it is possible to integrate the nextpage feature of wordpress into a drop down menu as opposed to the standard pagination feature per the default.

    The nextpage functionality runs off The Loop – so unless you built your own menu system using the Loop, I don’t see how this could be built in.
