NextGen Gallery Problem !

    Hey i just installed NextGen gallery on one of my wordpress blogs everything is great…when i click on a photo it opens in black with that cool effect…
    now i installed it to the other wordpress blog…it has the same version and everything is the same 😐 but when i click on the photo it opens normally without that effect 😐
    what could be the problem
