@cmbgraphicdesign – What are you seeing in your error_log file?

I am having the same problem. PHP version is 5.2.17, mysql is 5.1.73, php safe mode is off…etc. My error log is as follows:

By the way, excuse me for barging in. I’ve been trying to get something to work for 2 days now. I’m trashed. I am running the latest version of wordpress. http://www.nwabuilder.com I have found this same file upload script in a couple of other plugins… for what it’s worth, none of them have worked. I also tried this plugin in another wordpress site that I have and it did the same thing… I have deactivated all plugins, cleared cache, stood on my head, and held my breath. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Once this is resolved I may be able to sleep.

@jerrydhawkins – We may need to get a developer to look at your site specifically to see what this error log is being written (it’s pointing to the GD Library checks) are those supported on your site? If so, please send us a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can have a look under the page.
We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

I figured out my problem. I did not have GD library installed. I have a linux server, so went through easy apache build process and selected gd under exhaustive options. Works great.

Basically I just keep seeing the following in my error log.
[04-May-2014 20:41:40 UTC] Attempted to upload image/jpeg.
Is this a common problem with the NextGen gallery plugin?
I’m fairly new to wordpress, so any help would be appreciated.
