Hi, I have the same problem.
I have put <?php wp_head() ?> in the head and all.
I also had a look at the website above, but I can’t see a slideshow. The galleries work fine.
The website I am working on is http://www.nealmorgan.co.uk/home
Any ideas, help ? Would be marvellous.

Well, in the meantime I changed the settings so it was starting with the gallery and not with the slideshow. Which was find.
Today I turned back to try to start again on homepage with the slideshow, and … everything looks fine. Which is great!

Same Problem here, but in german:

i try new imagerotator.swf, dont work, only i update the gallery in WP 2.7 no one can see the Slideshow, if i stay with old gallery version all works fine 🙁
ok, i read all postings here and for me this works:
comment out:
if ( $this->options['galShowSlide'] )
so you get:
// if ( $this->options['galShowSlide'] )
fixed my problem 😉
