NextGen Error 103 in backend

    Hello,

    hello, I manage serveral websites with wordpress. Every website has the newest Version of WordPress (3.5.1) installed (Provider is the german 1&1). In the last month the system works fine with no problems but I didn´t check the gallery-module because I had no photos to upload.
    Yesterday I wanted to update some pictures in my NextGen (1.9.12) Gallery. When I clicked on the Button “Gallery” in the backend the following messages appears in the browser:
    Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED)

    The same error appears on all other websites with WP 3.5.1 and NG 1.9.12. I tried to solve the problem with an other gallery (Gallery Plugin) but the same error appears in the browser. Can anyone help me to fix it?

    I fixed it!

    I´m happy, I solved the problem. The issue was caused by the hardware firewall in my external office. In my private office everything works fine.
