@chryssaj – What has changed since the last time NextGEN Gallery was working? This would be your best place to start troubleshooting.
Thanks!

of coures, I updated to the premium version of the theme and set up woocommerce.. it was working in teh admin panel, initally – other users couldn’t see it. I thought it was a permissions issue with the next gen plugin so i edited options for that level user once i did. it desappeared everywhere. Hvae been in touch with kadence themes and there are no known conflicts. since the last roll out of your software seems to have tons of issues – it seemed likely to start here.
@chryssaj – Although there are conflicts with other plugins and themes for the most part NextGEN Gallery works without a hitch on its very large user-base.
It would also appear all was working fine until you “updated to the premium version of the theme and set up woocommerce.” This would point to possible conflicts with that theme or something in the WooCommerce settings (generally if works just fine but there are some odd scenarios where there are unresolved issues).
Your theme author may not be aware of any issues but now that you have brought this to their attention are they reviewing your concerns?

i have been working with others co’s support and it looks like it’s a permissions and the conflict i could get in to nextgen’s dashobard. I should be able to adjust, but i can’t get there… any other ways to adminsiter this?
when i visit ….. http://www.annieabdalla.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nextgen-gallery
it tells me i don’t have sufficient permissions, and yet i am hte admin for the site…
any ideas?
@chryssaj – I’m not certain what you are referring to with “permissions and the conflict” but there is a rare issue (we are still investigating) where our external Reset Tool plugin may help to sort out.
Please send us a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) with your site specifics and request the external Reset Tool plugin (you may need to use it *twice*).
Thanks!
