New Version, Old Problem

Hi,
Recently i updated my plugin to version 7.4, and my scan problem just wont go away. I really experiencing severe score drop on my scan, from 90 ish such as these:

And also, i have cloudflare integration but maybe i accidently turned on feature that is conflicting with litespeed cache, do you guys have documentation on that?
