If I were you I’d re-install 1.3.6
This – from another thread – sounds useful https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/

I would rollback if I could but the FooGallery plugin is no longer listed on my plugins page. The whole thing is a mess !!!
Paul,
you can download v1.3.8 manually from here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/foogallery/advanced/
Unzip it and upload the extracted folder (foogallery) to your plugins directory. Maybe that helps getting your site back up again… Not sure, though… Worth a try.
@paul33, I am sorry you have had issues updating, but this does not seem to be the norm.
I am happy to work with you to get your site up and running again, as we have done with other users that had issues.
It sounds like your update has become corrupt for some reason and needs to be deleted completely from the wp-content/plugins folder. I would suggest you do this via an FTP client or your web hosting file manager / cpanel. Delete the foogallery folder completely. The issues you describe above sound like visitors to your site are locking the folder so that WordPress could not remove it completely.
Once it has been deleted, then add foogallery again from the Plugins -> Add New menu. Then please check that you galleries are loading as expected. If not then please start a new thread, and resolve this thread.
