New Template selected — ALL javascript screwed…

When you hoover an b&w image a colored version should appear. This has always worked but since I use a new template all existing Javascript (I put that code directly into the posts) seems screwed.

I’m trying to fix that for hours but I have absolutely no idea what could be wrong…
