New products not synching

New items have been added in square inventory. Items never import into our catalog.

Hello,

I understand the products are not being imported into your catalog. That sounds like the Square products are not being imported into WooCommerce, please correct me if this is wrong.

To clarify, please confirm if your sync setting is WooCommerce or Square?

I am assuming it is Square the sync setting, if so, kindly note Square will automatically sync information with WooCommerce this process is made every 60 minutes. If that did not work, can you please try a manual sync to see if the products are being synced?

sync setting is currently square.

hourly updates do not import new products from square.

Manually sync does locate and add the products.

if I wanted to manually sync items I would just add them into WordPress.

Hi,

I understand what you are saying.

Please make sure only WooCommerce and Square for WooCommerce are the plugins enabled on your site, and try to sync the products again, if the issue is not present, it means there is a conflict with another plugin.

If the issue persists, can you head to your Square settings under WooCommerce > settings Square > settings, then make sure to Enable Logging and save the settings. The next step is, please try again to reproduce the issue, and provide us the error logs generated to further check.

It would be great if you share as well your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

Ok so lets look at this one by one and also re read the issue.

The Issue:

• New products added into square are not being automatically imported into woocommerce during the hourly import.

The information I have already provided:

• With no other plugins the issue persists.

• When I manually click the sync button the new items do import.

• If I wanted to manually force a sync everytime I would just add the items into Woocommerce myself.

Hello,

Thanks for sending the system report.

Is the import process not importing any product? Or is importing part of the product and skipping others? Do you have variable products? To clarify, does your product have an SKU?

If you go to your WooCommerce Square settings and click sync now, is the sync successful? Or if there are errors, what errors are visible on there?
