Hi @webteamtcc,
When you add new products to your WooCommerce store, they should automatically sync with Square. However, the Square automatic sync works with Action Scheduler, and Action Scheduler relies on WP-Cron unless your site is not using system Cron. If this is not happening, it might be due to a few reasons such as a Corn job issue, a plugin conflict, or a problem with the Square API.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow:
- Try deactivating and reactivating the WooCommerce Square plugin.
- Check for any updates to the WooCommerce Square plugin and apply them if available.
- Check whether WP-Corn is disabled or not.
- Make sure the products you’re trying to sync meet Square’s product requirements.
If the problem persists, please share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi shameem,
Thanks for the detailed message.
