New post breaks page
-
We installed your plugin on the home page of the above site, and it worked fine with up to three posts. As soon as you add another post to the site (i.e. a fourth post, meaning you could scroll the carousel which displays three items) – this breaks the whole page.
Could you please advise?
Many thanks. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, Can you please add more posts to check the issue?
@gmt-solutions Revoke that admin access, that will get @rameez_iqbal into serious trouble here.
@rameez_iqbal I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
gmt-solutions Please excuse me while I go off topic.
@rameez_iqbal You’ve been asking for admin access for over 2 years. I’ve redacted every post with your email address and contact URL. Your account is now on moderation watch.

If you wish to support your plugins that way then please consider voluntarily removing them all from WordPress.org. Yes, it’s that serious.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
- Ask for a link to the http://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();output. - Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
Please stop this behavior here or consider removing your plugins from the WordPress repo. When your plugins are not here then you can do as you see fit.
Complying with the Forum Guidelines is a requirement for hosting your plugins on WordPress.org. See this link for more information.
Hi @jdembowski, I didn’t mean that. You’re right. I was just following up the Envato and other forums, they work like that. Can you please tell me what should I do now?
Thanks
Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate that reply.

Between getting the information from the list above to attempting to replicate the problem, that should get you to where you need to be to support your free users.
Thanks for that info @jdembowski . I was not aware about that policy. I will never do that again. Can you please tell me when this moderation watch will be removed, its delaying the support.
Thanks for your help on it.
I’ve already removed it. When author’s reply as well as you have it’s appreciated. You obviously get it and there’s no point in keeping that flag on your account.
Thanks @jdembowski.
@gmt-solutions Can you please try setting slide to scroll to 1? Also try using it on a separate page, with only slider shortcode to confirm its not conflicting with other elements.
