I came across the logo from an article on digg.com a while back with a photoshop demo about how to add shadows, that’s why mine has a shadow. Anyhow, I’d be more than happy to change it if it were copyrighted, but I’ve checked all of the sites mentioned and none of them note it as a registered trademark. If they did, I’d remove it immediately.
All the sites you posted is belongs to the same company. Boyd, i don’t know where you live, but in the most countries (US, Canada, EC etc) you don’t need to show that a logo is a registered trademark as long it is.
