Hi @soportelec,
Thanks for your message.
Please see this help document, specifically in the ‘Handy Feature’ section which may help with this.
If not, please let me know and I can look to help further.
Thanks,

Hi Jack,
I understand now why is that you have to leave Enable threaded (nested) comments levels deep to 2.
When using more levels, is when it re-creates the New Comment notification to the author again. Leaving the 2 deep levels, blocks this from happening, right?
Leaving one user comment and one author comment reply.
Still regarding the Handy Feature, it states Ticking the two checkboxes (Send this notification to the Author only and Do not send this Notification to the User that triggered it), but if i tick on the Send this notification to author, it hides the other one.
Using the Comment Reply notification, these checkboxes are not available tough, as assumed in the documentation.
Hi @soportelec,
When using the ‘New Comment / Awaiting Moderation’ notification, if you tick the ‘Send this notification to the Author only’ checkbox, it should only hide the ‘Send To’ box below.
The ‘Do not send this Notification to the User that triggered it’ checkbox should remain visible.
If this is not happening for you please can you make sure that BNFW is up-to-date (latest version is 1.6.2) and that you have cleared your browser cache.
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Jack

Hi Jack,
Found the plugin that hides the ‘Do not send this Notification to the User that triggered it’ checkbox: LearnDash LMS.
When deactivating it, both tick boxes are visible. The workaround I think is to tick the ‘Do not send this Notification to the User that triggered it’ first and then ‘Send this notification to the Author only’, leaving the first checked.
What do you think?
Hi @soportelec,
Thanks for the update.
It sounds like you have BNFW back to working again. As before, if you wish to pursue the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to the authors of LearnDashLMS and see if they’ll look at fixing any potential conflicts.
Thanks,
Jack
