problem with plugin

    Hi

    I have installed affiliates plugin after removing affilaite manager plugin. I had hopes that it will work fine, but the problem is it’s not recording referrers. Moreoever the affilaite area is not looking perfect. no banners or promotional ads for affiliates. referrer area is just showing this

    Two referrers joined from this link

    but not shown up in referrer or anywhere. hiots are showing but no indication of referrer. Kindly let me know what I did wrong?

    Hi @onlinework,

    Do you want to credit commissions for new users who joined by referral? Then you can enable the User Registration integration – see this documentation page for details http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/user-registration/

    Also see the documentation about integrations in case you want any of those enabled to credit referrals and record commissions http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/setup/settings/integrations/

    Regarding the affiliate area, you can customize that to your liking by editing the page. There are several useful shortcodes that you can use, see http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/shortcodes/

    For Banners you can either construct them using the [affiliates_url] shortcode combined with files from the Media Library, or you can use the built-in banners provided with Affiliates Pro (premium version).

    First of all thanks for replying. Now I got at least one thing that why the affiliates referrals were not shown up. I didnt enable the registration. okay but my website is multivendor market place where the referral commissions will be granted to users when a referral will make sale or purchase. I can’t pay just for refferals to sign up.

    So how can I enable that when a direct affilaite introduces a person to my website it will become his referral. but commissions will be paid to him when referral made some transaction?

    I have auction theme of site mile and i was seeing that there was no option of integration of word press themes so kindly guide me how it can be solved.
