    I bought Coming Soon Pro but can’t seem to disable Coming Soon WP. I have an incorrect email and can’t even update or change contact. I tried deactivating and even deleting plugin and it was still there. Would like to use the Pro I bought for $19 or get a refund. Also would like to be able to update the Coming Soon page and deactivate it when I need to.

    Since you’re using a commercial plugin we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know about the plugin functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products. The plugin authors are also aware that commercial plugins are not supported in these forums.
