Need super simple one page theme

I’ve set up a one page site for a client – that’s all they need right now. No blog, no other pages, no contact info.

They want to be able to enter site title/sub-title and change font size and color. Also background color.

Currently I’m using “SinglePage” theme – but it’s not quite flexible enough.
