    Here’s our issue:
    It’s anyone trying to reset their password, at any point. I typically get email notifications that people have reset their password, and haven’t gotten any in days. Just keep getting frustrated emails from people saying they either don’t receive the email with the link to reset their password (and then do it another dozen or so times, most likely), OR they run into the error messages such as the one above, or the one I received, where it said too many resets.

    The only way around it then is for someone to go in and manually reset the password so they can log in and then reset it once they are logged in.

    We are using a CDN – does that affect the cookies or anything? I’ve set the number of tries to get in up so they can but…. help appreciated.
