Dear WordPress,

Is there any page builder plugin that helps in creating SAAS website builder application for clients like any online website builders?

Not at the moment. The closest is multisite

Hi dhruba2018,

First, you need to enable WordPress Multisite. This is the feature of WordPress that allows you to host a network of unlimited WordPress sites/blogs under a single installation of WordPress. https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

Then you can install and activate whatever page builder you desire for you users, as long as it supports multisite.
