Need help, site error only for client.

Hello, Could someone please have a look and see if the shop section of the site: embracedesign.nz works. I just shifted the site over to a new host for client and he says its not working, but it works for me, i have tried it on 3 computers and 2 devices, works fine. They said they were getting a database error and later a page not found error.

This is so strange, thanks in advance.
