Need help finding a suitable theme!

Hello friends,

i am currently a travel blog on wordpress.com at http://escapology.eu. The blog is about my almost one year trip around Asia. I share my experiences and thoughts about traveling and give tips. My plan is to soon move this blog to wordpress.org and completely change the theme and looks of it. I have now been looking at the thousands of themes out there for days and I am just getting more and more confused. Maybe you guys can help me and point me in the right direction. Here is what I’m looking for:

I like the looks and functionality of these two blogs here:

I am looking for the following features:

– Custom Header
– Two Menus (see sparklette.net)
– Slider function for the Start Page (see both examples)
– Easy integration of advertisements
– Customization of Fonts etc possible
– Gallery Functions

The design itself should be clean and stylish or at least be customizable enough to tweak it that way. The function of the theme should be up to date.

If you have a theme in mind that you think might get close to this description, please let me know. I kinda feel lost at the moment. I appreciate every hint.
