  • Are you doing an include or require instead of include_once/require_once on that page?

Alternatively, did you copy perhaps accidentally copy the function declaration?

to tell the truth I am very new and I have no idea… all I know is that when I type i Nozomashii.com it comes up… but if I try to go to admin stuff and then view site, that is when I will have the issue… I messed up royally

Hmm, that’s odd, so you get it when you click the View Site link at the top of the admin site – does it just got to http://www.nozomashii.com? I can’t seem to get the same thing to happen

It goes to http://www.nozomashii.com/, but still has the error. I am about to cry… 6 mos or maybe only 4 but still of work down the drain… though I did a backup just before this happened…. but how do I apply the backup?

Well, I wouldn’t give up just yet, I can’t get it to happen at all, so it’s not the worst thing in the world. Do you remember what you changed between your backup and now, or recently?

Since the error has nothing to do with your blog’s content, let’s leave going to the database backup as a last resort.

First things first: install any plugins recently?

no, I just changed my template, wanted something cleaner and without the Static Links at the top of the page, since I couldn’t figure out what to do with them.

Oh… and one of my links wouldn’t show up… so I named the link and that is all

to be honest, I am going to school in Jan. for web design, but I really don’t know too much about the CSS stuff at all.

Ok, maybe it is an issue with Opera, it appears that it might be an issue with that?! Shoot I don’t know… all I know is that I want it to keep workin

It’s not to do with the browser directly, as that’s definitely a PHP error. However, it may be something to do with opera or your setup that is getting you to the page where the error occurs. When you get the error, is the url in the address bar just http://www.nozomashii.com/ ?

Also, have you tried logging out or deleteing your cookies for the site (or both!), as it may be something that you are getting because of a cookie setting somewhere.

Well I thought it had something to do with Opera, but when I closed the whole thing down…it came back up working all the way again…so maybe I cried for nothing? I still don’t know what happened, but it appears to be fixed. Wanna answer one more question for me?
