NEED HELP!!!!!

I was trying to get ride of Word presses footer below my footer and i got ride of it but i also got ride of the Word Press bar, that goes on top of my site,the thing that you can add new pages and add new posts and stuff when i am logged in. i want my Word press bar back!! Please help me fix this problem!!! I was thinking i might have to redo my whole site. because won’t it erase my site if i download Word press again??? Please help me get my word press Bar back!!
