Need default index-extra.php

where can I get the default index-extra.php file to replace my file with? I messed up my index-extra file and want to restore the old one (no I didn’t back-up first unfortunately) Also, could someone tell me what the default link in the “Dashboard/incomming links” is please?

Was trying to change the dashboard/incomming links from google to technorati like it used to be but somethign went wrong (Yes, I will back up my files first next time)
