Need Assistance

I have been using wordpress for some time now on my site. Now the main problem I am having is that I cannot get a nice looking theme for my site. My site is a website development, game development, and personal blog. I want a “creative” looking theme based around web design and games but I cannot seem to find one I like, or make one I like. I am looking for any assistance I can get.
