Need an email plugin

    Aloha;

    I have a blog with over 2000 users. Thanks to you folks I have a plug in so users can delete their profiles and leave my blog.

    What I need is a plugin that will autosend emails to my blog users without them having to optin. My feelings are they opted in when they signed up for my blog and since they can remove themselves from my blog that is sufficient.
