Need a plugin for uploading files

    Hello,

    I am looking for a plugin that will allow users to upload files to a webpage. I need to be able to categorize the uploads by year and include sub folders of each month with the files.

    I will need multiple instances of the plugin on different pages, but will different content.

    For example, a 2014 page will have certain files, the 2013 page will have certain files, etc.

    Hope someone can help!
