iNove Navigation Menu question

First off, allow me to say, I’m an amateur coder…

I’m trying to alter the Navigation Menu to show more depth than the first child-page when a page is “moused over”. ie, a child-page has its own child-pages and I’d like them to show up in the header’s navigation menu.

I’ve attempted to change the wp_list_pages depth in the header.php, but after fooling around with it a bit, I’ve come to realize that my problem probably lies in the menu.js and style.css pages.

Does anyone with a deeper knowledge of how this stuff works help me modify the menu script? My limited coding knowledge has taken me as far as I can go…any help would be greatly appreciated!
