Navigation links

I was working with the widgets and I created my own widget. When I had finished, I went to look at it on the website and all of the Navigation tabs were gone. After trying to problem solve the issue, and not being successful, I decided to restore the default and start over. Some of the info reset, but not all…and I still do not have the top Navigation headers. At this point, I would rather have everything dumped and start over. How do I do that?
