    Has anyone gotten WordPress installed and running using Name Secure as their host?

    I keep getting the ‘error establishing connection to database’ error.

    The one non-standard thing Name Secure requires is that instead of the host being ‘localhost’ it has to be ‘mysql.mydomain.com’.

    Anyone had the same problem and gotten past it? Or gotten WordPress to work on Name Secure at all?

    Many hosts require something else instead of “localhost” – that shouldn’t be an issue.
    If the DB host is correct – are the other 3 pieces of info (DB name, user, pw) 100% sure correct?

    yeah, they were. i gave up and switched to site5.com. now i’m in heaven.
