Nice. Did you modify a previous theme or did you write it your self?
Hello, I wish I could design that well myself. Sadly, I am a writer with some webmaster experience. I know html, css, and some php, but I have no designing ability in me. I found the basic template buried in a wordpress them web site and then edited it and changed some of the colors to match what I was looking for. Overall, I am very pleased with how it turned out
You ain’t the only one. I figure if I can make a theme for word press that would be awesome. I would open up my own business. But I did the same thing found a theme and changed it to suit my needs
It’s a good way to go. Using everything by default can be kind of tacky, especially if someone else is using the exact same thing. However, when you customize it, it’s a good way of giving the site a unique look without having to go broke or spend too much time in the process.

I was thinking of getting that book that is out about wordpress see if there is anything in there that will step you through a quick install of a theme. There is alot of these templates that don’t look as good as they could be with a crap load of columns and widgets. Just too much. Who knows.. I know this, my site is probably the most unique and probablly the only one to use the theme too.
Yeah, no kidding. A lot of the wordpress themes out there are either too generic or too cluttered, it’s hard to find one in the middle that suits your tastes. Thankfully, installing the themes is easy enough by default, it’s just editing them that can get rough unless you have knowledge of html and css.
I would see about taking the title out of the banner and using CS photoshop and make a subtle glow effect in a written header. Know what I am talking about? That way you can center it on your own.
I would love to do something like that but I can’t. I can’t design at all. I used to know plenty of designers and could have called in a favor to have someone throw something together for me for free. But I don’t really know anyone in that field anymore

Alright, last try then. If there are any aspects of the site you feel could be improved, please let me know. I have already implemented a ton of changes from what I’ve heard from various webmaster forums, so trust me, I appreciate all the feedback.
