Hi Romik, I even uninstalled the W3 plugin, but no result. Now I installed it again but also no success. Hope you can help me out here. I do not know what to do and quit new to this. Please help.

I can see that you are using WP Super Cache plugin as well as
https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ for minifying your css.
You will need to clear the cache of your autoptimize plugin too.
How many cache plugins are you using? You should use only one…

Hi, I used my backup to get my website right again. All other solutions did not work. Now I am waiting before I will update the theme again. First I want to find out what happened.
I use W3 and autoptimize together. Is it to much or just change some settings? Or delete one of them?
W3TC & AO is ok, provided you disabled all minification in W3TC. AO + WPSC would be OK (my setup), but W3TC + WPSC (+ AO) would be too much 🙂
