my plugin page doesn't work

are 6 months my plugin’s page doesn’t work

i can view only when i’m logged, if i loggout it redirects to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/
i had 170,185 downloads, but now it doens’t work, i didn’t change nothing, i wrote 6 contacforms, but no answer
the svn is ok
