The error is fairly self-descriptive: there is a mistake on line 21 of the welcome-message.php file.
Did you (or anyone else) make changes to that file? If so….. not good. Never change anything directly in your theme files, but look into using a child theme instead.
If you didn’t make any changes, you’ll have to contact ThemeShop’s support theme. You’ve paid for it, and that should include support.
Schema is a commercial theme and the WordPress.org support forum can only help you with free themes from the WordPress theme directory.
Could you just tell me where I can find the welcome-message.php file on my laptop? how I search it, to delete the code that’s making this error?
It should be in your WordPress directory, in the folder /wp-content/themes/schema/functions/.
But please, don’t just go in and delete code, unless you really know what you’re doing. Perhaps you should download a fresh copy of your theme and overwrite your (changed?) welcome-message.php file with an original version, so you have an untouched file.
Either way, before you make any changes, please make a backup of your site first.
Is not… I don’t know what happen… doesn’t appear the folder of schema/functions/
I suggest you download a fresh copy of your theme and upload it to your server. If that still doesn’t work, you’ll have to check with the theme author and ask for support.
