My html code is being overwritten
-
Just spend hours putting together a quiz on my website (Quizbox has a nice webpage where you can create a quiz and then copy&paste the html code to your blog or webpage).
I went into the html editor, pasted it, saved it.
I then checked with the Visual Editor (OK, I read later that you shouldn’t do this, but Hey! – I had SAVED/Updated already!), in any event, my pretty quiz is totally messed up. WordPress totally changed the html code I had added to the page.
And it does not seem to handle nested lists very gracefully.I have googled for solutions, I tried to fix it, all to no avail, WordPress keeps overwriting this html code.
I tried to upload a plugin that supposedly prevents it from doing this – again no luck, I think it was incompatible with the version I’m using and would not install.
HELP!!!!!! I have almost no time to work on this as it is, this is sooo frustrating to waste hours for nothing!
Thanks!
Jacqui
