    Hello,
    I had imported products with all the data. I created a new file where I only have an identifier (SKU) and tags plus 3 fields. In the last step I set up to just update “custom fields and Tags”.

    The result? It erased all my prices, stock, categories, dimensions …. everything. According to the logs, everything has been replaced by nothing “”.

    How is that possible?

    Hi @drakeman85,

    The result? It erased all my prices, stock, categories, dimensions …. everything. According to the logs, everything has been replaced by nothing “”.

    On the last step, you need to specify the custom fields and taxonomies you’re updating, e.g.: https://d.pr/i/kUUtZg. Otherwise, if you select to update all custom fields and taxonomies, it will erase the custom fields and taxonomies without data in the import template.

    If you still have trouble after trying these settings, replicate the problem on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and then open a support request at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the sandbox site URL and a brief description of what’s still going wrong.
