Multisite – Sub-Domain Site Not Showing

I have created a sub-domain site at http://www.z01.co.uk/cgstudent however having created the site under the sites section of my WordPress MS enabled site I am unable to either see the site at http://www.z01.co.uk/cgstudent or the admin panel at http://www.z01.co.uk/cgstudent/wp-admin.
I’ve retried creating the site a number of times all with no joy – anyone got any advice?
