Multisite only allows one installed theme

    I installed multisite and everything works fine except when it comes to installing a new theme.

    I have the main page and a subdomain for which I want to use a different theme.

    My problem: I have twenty twele, and twenty thirteen by default installed plus the theme I’m using; lets call it X. So when i install the new theme it takes the place of X and X disappears (its still in the FTP root but its not on my admin panel anymore). So if I reinstall theme X, the new theme disappears.

    I dont get it ?
